Explore some more advanced sequences and poses of Acro Yoga, a creative and FUN way to build balance, strength, flexibility and trust in a partnered practice. Its not essential to bring a partner but be aware that the class is based around partnered poses of 'flying' and 'basing', and that some prior experience with yoga, acrobatics or acro-yoga is essential.
