While the studio is temporarily closed due to the current COVID-19 situation, Sally is offering recorded Yin Yoga sessions and LIVE check ins prior to the class.
You can access the class recording and/or optional LIVE check in by registering your place in the class. An email will be automatically sent to you with a link to view the class. Each class will be available to view for one week so that you can practice at a time and in a place that suits you!

In a Yin Yoga class you can expect to slow down and tune in. With a reduced number of mostly seated or reclined poses held for sometimes up to 5 minutes, we’re taking time for the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue to lengthen and soften. Yin yoga aims to calm the nervous system and increase mobility, using attention to breath to cultivate and attune our awareness.
