While the studio is temporarily closed due to the current COVID-19 situation, teachers of The Fourth Floor Movement studio will offer a range of complimentary meditation and mindfulness recordings for you to practice in the comfort of your own home.
In this time of uncertainty, it's incredibly important to engage with practices that keep us centred and grounded. Mindfulness practices calm the nervous system and help us to remain connected to what is important in difficult times. We hope that you find them of benefit.
Sessions are between 5 and 15 minutes in length, or 15 and 30 minutes.
You can access the session recording by registering your place in the class. An email will be automatically sent to you with a link to view the session. Each session will be available to view for one week so that you can practice at a time and in a place that suits you.
