Come to nourish the body, heart and mind with a guided meditation in the Insight tradition, for deepening relaxation, joy and concentration. The 40 minute meditation will gently guide you into the present moment awareness through the body, sensations, and the breath. After bathing in stillness, phrases off meter (loving kindness) are offered, a practice that helps soften the heart and increase happiness and compassion. A wonderful opportunity to recharge, support meditation practice and be with like-minded people (sangha). Suitable for experienced and beginning meditations alike.
