Jemma is a Yoga Teacher, Artist and Massage Therapist. Inspired by the ever-changing moods and seasons of this island home, her classes take you on a gentle journey to find these aspects of nature within.
Mary combines her training in Chinese Medicine, Cranial Visceral Osteopathy, and Iyengar Yoga to support this foundation. She continues her yoga study with Senior Teacher, Marina Jung in Melbourne and with the Iyengar family in India.
Meg’s classes aim to bring an intention and focus to the personal practice of yoga and to have you leaving the class feeling relaxed and connected.
Moran and Tim share a warm embrace of sound with the luscious tones of yidaki (didgeridoo), harp and flute. They offer meditative sound journeys around nipaluna/Hobart.
Nicole Harstead is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with Graduate Diploma in Movement and Dance. She has also completed a Bachelor of Teaching and Bachelor of Arts.
Sally brings a depth of knowledge of functional anatomy to her yoga teaching, and draws from her varied experience with many styles of yoga (Satyananda, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa) since her first class as a teen.
