'Toned' - 6 week series
A mat based group exercise class. Taking inspiration from pilates, yoga and strength and conditioning. Starting with floor based work to explore breathing mechanics, activate muscles and work on different movement patterns and concepts. Some classes will be purely mat based and others will utilise the space in the room, every class will be a full body workout. If you have been looking for something to help improve posture, core stability and overall muscle tone then this is the one for you. Delivered in a fun, friendly environment with all fitness and experience levels welcome. Expect to get a little sweaty, a little sore and have a lot of fun.
Dolly has been in the fitness industry for many years and has trained in yoga, pilates and strength and conditioning. Teaching group exercise and offering personal training.
