Join us for a 90-minute, deep rest immersion class of 60 minutes Yin Yoga and 30 minutes Yoga Nidra. 


This class is designed to benefit body, mind and spirit with carefully sequenced yin yoga postures each held for around 5 minutes long. Our body, comfortably supported with bolsters and props as needed, can open, lengthen, and unwind at a slow and gentle pace. 


Yin yoga combines traditional yoga postures with mindful breathing and an invitation to consciously work with your own personal ‘edges’ or limitations within the body and mind. We use the breath to meet those edges and feel the tension dissolve. 


Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation meaning ‘yogic sleep’, which brings us into a delta brainwave state between sleeping and waking. The mind is conscious while our body is fully relaxed, stimulating our parasympathetic nervous system. Practicing this deeply healing mindfulness technique regularly can improve the quality of our sleep; help reduce inflammation, stress and anxiety; and improves memory and concentration.
