Step into our serene studio bathed in soothing lighting and accompanied by gentle, harmonious music. Your mat and props await, offering complete support as you gracefully transition through a sequence of flowing yoga postures. 

Bowen, will guide you through a series of movements and breathwork, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

During the class, you'll have the opportunity to receive a comforting head massage and adjustment by simply placing your consent token on your mat. It's a delightful moment of added relaxation and care.

Bowen’s compassionate instruction extends to a guided meditation, guiding you on an inner journey towards tranquility and self-discovery. All levels are welcome, making this class suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Bowen has dedicated herself as a yoga instructor for over 6 years. 
As a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, Bowen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Her journey in yoga began years ago, and she has since become a seasoned practitioner. Her qualifications and dedication to her practice have allowed her to refine her teaching style and create a unique and adaptable experience for the members.
