Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga is essentially Nervous System Care and Re-pair
These sessions are for deep body-mind restoration and aim to leave you with a sense of feeling safe, nourished and recharged. These are great sessions for those seeking to wind-down, those who have been experiencing fatigue, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, depression, or anyone experiencing various forms of mental, physical and/or emotional distress.
Attending these sessions will offer you ways to restore your vital energy, replenish your adrenal stores (our life-batteries) and relieve inflammation in the body. This is a safe space, held with the intention to allow for deep compassionate rest. It is also a space where we can gently cultivate a kind and caring relationship with ourselves, see our true and deep Self, which can enable us to have feeling safe and at home inside our body and mind even outside of the practice.
