Join Hayley Rose for a journey through the five elements in a balanced yang-to-yin practice.
Over the course of five weeks, we’ll explore the phases of Wu Xing, the five elements of Chinese philosophy: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each class will begin with an active yang sequence, focusing on standing and dynamic movement, and transition into a gentle yin practice of slow, long held poses, aligning with the element of the week.
This practice is designed to bring both vitality and calm, helping you connect with each phase of the elements and reconnect to yourself.
Hayley has been teaching yoga since 2017 and brings a dedication to her teaching that only comes from a deep love and reverence for the practice. She especially loves teaching yin yoga for its ability to bring us back into our bodies in a world that asks us to stay busy and in our minds.
Yin yoga is the antidote and a yang to yin practice had a unique way of creating a deeper space of stillness and calm.
You must sign-in to book a spot in this class.
