The Setting Up Mindfulness classes will involve exploring techniques of mindfulness to calm the bodily formations, to establish bare attention of the body and breath, and to witness the arising of thoughts and emotions in a non-reactive and non-judgmental way. Different techniques of meditation will also be taught involving visualisation, mantra, mudra, etc.

These classes will provide you with an ongoing practice that can be easily assimilated into your daily life to help develop a greater sense of respect, peacefulness, gratitude and a life well lived for you and others.

We welcome all to Setting Up Mindfulness classes with Lachlan Jefferys. Payment is by donation.

Lachlan Jefferys was taught traditional mindfulness and meditation techniques by Lama Karma Chime Shore at the Origins Centre, WA where he will be moving with his family in 2019 to continue to develop his practice.

Lachlan has also completed his yoga teacher training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India in 2013.
