Join Scott Cashins for MOBILITY - one of a collective of Movement Classes on The Fourth Floor. 

In this class, we increase mobility through active stretch and focus on joint prehab and the strengthening of tendons, ligaments and connective tissue to help make you virtually unbreakable. We use proven techniques, which if done regularly, will permanently increase your range of motion and improve mobilization of your hips, shoulders, spine and more so that your body just plain works better and is better prepared for any activities you love or those surprises life often throws our way! 

Healthy joints, ligaments and connective tissue, means healthy movement and reduced chance of injury.  This class is based on FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), a highly acclaimed method sought for by professional athletes, teams, and everday folk alike.  Scott is a certified FRC mobility specialist.

RISE - Fridays 7-8am

MOBILITY is a weekly class with similar content developed over a 6 week period with the aim to assess your own personal progress over this time. However, each class is taught as a stand alone class and we warmly welcome drop ins and those with a Fourth Floor Welcome or Class Pass to any class during the series. We know the benefits, first hand of a regular and committed mobility practice, and hope to make it easy and affordable for you to incorporate this practice into your weekly routine.
