Are you new to yoga, or do you wish to revisit some of the core movement principles and learn about the anatomy of alignment? Join Sally Kluss on The Fourth Floor to learn how to move and breathe in a conscious, steady and relaxed way.

In this 4 week series of Yoga for Beginners, we learn some of the fundamental principles of posture, breath and movement, and work toward feeling safe and confident to join a general vinyasa flow style yoga class. Each week we'll build on the foundations of yoga asana (physical postures) and reap the benefits from even an entry level weekly consistent practice.  This 4 week course is the perfect introduction to yoga and is especially suited to those with limited mobility.

Beginners Yoga 4 Week Series Pass must be purchased as a whole with the intention that all 4 classes will be attended. If a session is missed due to unforeseen circumstances however, a complimentary class pass to another session on The Fourth Floor will be issued.
