This 90 minute workshop is for those new to yoga or those wishing to revisit some of the core principles of yoga - including foundational yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and more. We'll explore fundamental movement and alignment principles that will help us to practice yoga with injury prevention in mind. This workshop covers the key postures in a general vinyasa yoga class, with hands on adjustments to help guide you into sustainable shapes.
Spaces are limited to 10 students
This workshop is facilitated by Sally Kluss - a student of yoga for more than 20 years and remedial massage therapist since 2006. Sally brings a depth knowledge of functional anatomy to her yoga teaching, and draws from her varied experience with many styles of yoga since her first class as a teen.
This workshop is highly recommended for beginners and Sally's lighthearted approach makes it accessible for anyone open, willing and curious to learn.
