Aimed at ages 2-9.
Classes will move through traditional yoga postures (asanas) centered around flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Come and breathe and move in a light-hearted aInd creative setting.
Incorporating visualizations, games and relaxation, we're fostering an environment that is safe and playful for both parent and child to be and to learn in.
Cost is $5 per child plus any adult Fourth Floor pass including Welcome Pass, Single Class Pass and 5, 10 or 20 Class Passes and Memberships (between $10 and $20 a session depending on type of pass).
