Join our teachers for 5 - 15 minute pranayama breath sessions in the comfort of your own home.
Pranayama is a yogic breathing practice affecting the rhythmic expansion of the lungs and the proper circulation of oxygen and body fluids around the body. The practice aims to regulate and deepen the capacity of the breath through various means of prolonging and restraining the inhalations and exhalations. Pranayama should be done in a relaxed manor and with upright posture, and if any tension or discomfort is observed in the body while practicing, return to normal breathing and check in with your teacher.
