In a yin yoga class, you can expect to slow down and tune in. You will be guided through a series of mostly seated or reclined poses held for sometimes up to 5 minutes. In yin yoga, we’re taking time for the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue to lengthen and soften. Yin yoga aims to calm the nervous system and increase mobility, using props and attention to breath to cultivate mindfulness in our practice.
Perfect for absolute beginners, and everyone!

In keeping with our current Covid requirements at the studio, please BYO blanket, towel/covering for the bolster.
