This class blends gentle asana flow with pranayama, sound and mantra.
The focus is on using your own voice as a tool for healing, opening and expanding.
You will be guided through a gentle journey of opening the voice through vocal toning exercises, mantra chanting and vocal chakra cleansing.
If you have a mala, bring it along.
No previous experience in singing or yoga is required.
